两段水解酸化-好氧法处理制药废水的小试研究

制药废水通常具有组成复杂、有机污染物种类多、浓度高、B/C比值低的特点。针对这些特点,采用两段水解酸化-好氧法工艺处理制药废水的小试研究。试验结果表明,污染物去除率COD>83%、NH3-N>84%、BOD5>95%,有效地削减了制药废水的排污量,减少污染。 Pharmaceutical wastewater usually has the characteristics of complex composition, many types of organic pollutants, high concentration and low B / C ratio. In view of these characteristics, two stages of hydrolysis acidification - aerobic process pharmaceutical wastewater treatment pilot study. The test results showed that the removal rates of pollutants were 83%, NH3-N> 84% and BOD5> 95%, which effectively reduced the discharge of pharmaceutical wastewater and reduced the pollution.
