传统LVDS驱动器由于电源不稳定、驱动器与传输线之间阻抗不匹配等不良因素的影响,输出波形会出现抖动,质量下降。在传统LVDS驱动器的基础上,设计了一种新颖的LVDS驱动电路。该电路采用预驱动技术,控制输出电压的翻转和减少总输入电容,输出波形较为平滑。采用0.18μm工艺对电路进行仿真。结果显示,电路输出波形摆幅为0.345V,输出共模电压为1.17V,总输入电容为72fF。
Traditional LVDS driver due to unstable power, the impedance between the driver and the transmission line does not match the adverse effects of other factors, the output waveform will appear jitter, quality degradation. Based on the traditional LVDS driver, a novel LVDS driver circuit is designed. The circuit uses pre-drive technology, control the output voltage flip and reduce the total input capacitance, the output waveform is more smooth. The 0.18μm process is used to simulate the circuit. The results show that the circuit output waveform swing is 0.345V, the output common-mode voltage of 1.17V, the total input capacitance of 72fF.
