为了应对越来越激烈的就业竞争压力,各大高校对于工程教育领域人才的培养逐渐确定了方向,开始着手培养应用工程型人才和创新型人才。工程教育体系的改革使得力学课程的优化设置面临了巨大的挑战。本文通过对学生创新能力培养的必要性展开讨论,结合土木工程的学科教学特点,并以社会对工程人才的需求为导向,分析目前我国教育体系在创新型人才培养模式上的短板,提出具体教学改革方案和对策,提高教学质量。使学生对力学理论领域的创新能力得到提高。
In order to cope with the pressure of employment competition, the major colleges and universities gradually set the direction for the cultivation of talents in the field of engineering education and started to train application-oriented talents and innovative talents. The reform of engineering education system makes the optimization of mechanics curriculum set a huge challenge. This paper discusses the necessity of cultivating students’ innovative abilities, and combines the characteristics of civil engineering teaching and subject to the demand of engineering talents, analyzes the current shortcomings of China’s education system on innovative talents training mode, Teaching reform programs and measures to improve teaching quality.
