随着社会经济的发展,精细化管理逐渐被人们认可和广泛使用。建筑作为高能耗高污染行业,实行精细化管理模式有利于降低能耗,有利于贯彻可持续发展战略,同时也有利于节约成本促进建筑施工企业的健康持久发展。市场经济的发展也加剧了企业之间的竞争,在这种情势下企业必须通过管理模式的创新和改变提高自身的经济效益,从而可以在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。本文就精细化管理在建筑施工企业成本管理中的应用,并就其存在的一些问题提出了相对应的的解决措施。

The development of market economy also exacerbated the competition among enterprises. Under these circumstances, enterprises must improve their own economic benefits through the innovation and change of management mode so as to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition. This article elaborates the application of meticulous management in the cost management of construction enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to some of its existing problems.
