设计了采煤机健康度监测系统总体结构,包括无线监测装置、顺槽上位机和井上监测中心3个部分。基于LabVIEW开发平台设计了采煤机健康度无线监测系统软件,编程简便,界面友好。针对采煤机振动信号非线性、非平稳的特征,建立了基于Morlet小波变换的故障信息提取模型。通过采集采煤机现场试验数据对软件进行测试,并对其中振动信号进行Morlet小波变换分析,取得了良好的效果。
The overall structure of the shearer health monitoring system is designed, including three parts: wireless monitoring device, upper computer and downhole monitoring center. Based on the LabVIEW development platform, the software of wireless health monitoring system of shearer was designed. The programming is simple and the interface is friendly. Aiming at the non-linear and non-stationary characteristics of shearer vibration signal, a fault information extraction model based on Morlet wavelet transform is established. The software was tested by collecting the field test data of the shearer and the Morlet wavelet transform analysis of the vibration signal was carried out. Good results were achieved.
