明清以来,巴蜀地区的酿造业取得了令人瞩目的发展。然而学界对其研究却未曾深入,现存研究多限于概述和简介,这与巴蜀地区酿造业发展的繁荣景况是不相符的,与国际上酿造文化研究的繁荣亦格格不入。笔者通过对五粮液、文君酒厂、水井坊、沱牌等川酒生产厂家的酒文化建设基地考察发现:酿造业对巴蜀地区的经济和文化发展有着重大影响,加深巴蜀地区酿造文化的挖掘和研究,有利于实现当地酿造文化价值与经济效益的双赢局面,意义深远。

The existing researches are mostly limited to the introduction and introduction.
