人事档案是一个单位员工信息的重要载体,全面记载员工基本情况,也是单位员工的培养、选拔、使用、管理工程中最重要的基本依据,具有真实性、基础性、历史性、全面性、系统性、权威性等特征。然而由于各方面的原因,目前人事档案管理中尚存在若干问题,如内容失真、材料不全、管理方式落后等问题,急待思考与解决。同时,这也要求我们通过改善目前人事档案管理制度、利用现代化管理手段,提高档案管理人员素质等措施,使人事档案管理更科学、更实用。
