1992、1993年连续2个夏季对不同类型遮阳网在不同栽培方式下对小白菜品质的影响进行了研究，结果表明，整个生长期内盖网，虽可提高小白菜外观品质，但其内在品质如Vc、蛋白质含量下降，硝酸盐积累增多。进一步试验证明，实施采收前5d（天）揭网处理可使其内在品质达到或超过露地栽培水平。
In 1992 and 1993, the effects of different types of shading net on the quality of Chinese cabbage were studied in two consecutive summer seasons. The results showed that the appearance quality of Chinese cabbage could be improved during the whole growth period, but its intrinsic quality Such as Vc, protein content decreased nitrate accumulation increased.
