在超高强钢热拉深过程中,凸缘部分温度下降过快会导致材料流动困难从而降低拉深极限。利用有限元软件Dynaform对22Mn B5钢圆筒形拉深件进行了分析,发现压边圈的形状对板料的成形性能有很大影响。使用带有一定倾斜角的压边圈可以有效地减小凸缘部分的降温速率,提高拉深极限。该结果对热冲压成形能提供理论参考。
In the ultra-high strength steel deep drawing process, the flange part of the temperature drop too fast will lead to material flow problems and thus reduce the drawing limit. The finite element software Dynaform was used to analyze the 22Mn B5 steel cylindrical drawing parts. It was found that the shape of the blank holder greatly affects the formability of the sheet metal. Using the blank holder with a certain inclination angle can effectively reduce the cooling rate of the flange part and increase the drawing limit. The results provide a theoretical reference for hot stamping energy.
