用系统辨识方法建立了下体负压作用时麻醉犬颈动脉血管系统反应的数学模型。结果表明,模型的特征参数稳态增益(K)和稳态时间(T)比常规的生理指标能更精确、更客观地描述颈动脉血管的反应特征。这是进一步研究人颈动脉血管反应的新途径。
A mathematical model of the carotid vasculature response in anesthetized dogs was established by using the method of systematic identification. The results show that the steady-state gain (K) and steady-state time (T) of the characteristic parameters of the model are more accurate and more objective than the conventional physiological indicators to describe the response characteristics of the carotid artery. This is a new way to further study human carotid artery vascular response.
