目的探讨心包脂肪垫与冠心病的相关性及超声心动图测量心包脂肪垫的价值。方法经冠状动脉造影证实冠心病患者96例(冠心病组),体检健康者31例(对照组),均行超声心动图检查测量心包脂肪垫厚度,分析心包脂肪垫厚度与冠心病的相关性。结果冠心病组长轴测脂肪垫厚度为(5.45±1.76)mm,短轴测脂肪垫厚度为(5.25±1.49)mm;对照组长轴测脂肪垫厚度为(2.37±1.12)mm,短轴测脂肪垫厚度为(2.13±1.34)mm,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析示心包脂肪垫厚度与冠心病具有高度相关性(r=0.92,P<0.01)。结论超声心动图测量心包脂肪垫厚度对冠心病临床早期诊断、治疗及一级预防有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between pericardial fat pad and coronary heart disease and the value of echocardiography in measuring pericardial fat pad. Methods 96 patients with CHD (coronary heart disease) and 31 healthy people (control group) were confirmed by coronary angiography. The thickness of pericardial fat pad was measured by echocardiography. The correlation between pericardial fat pad thickness and coronary heart disease . Results In the coronary heart disease group, the thickness of the fat pad was (5.45 ± 1.76) mm and that of the fat pad was (5.25 ± 1.49) mm in the coronary heart disease group. The thickness of the fat pad in the control group was (2.37 ± 1.12) mm, The fat pad thickness was (2.13 ± 1.34) mm, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the thickness of pericardial fat pad was highly correlated with coronary heart disease (r = 0.92, . Conclusion The echocardiographic measurement of the thickness of the pericardial fat pad is of great significance in the early diagnosis, treatment and primary prevention of coronary heart disease.
