项目工程是一个变化的长期过程,参与单位多,各单位间的关系也很杂复,同时,又受外界环境的影响,使工程造价的风险评估时常面临风险。而构成工程造风险管理评估的所有要素,在整个工程建设中处于不稳定状态,必然会对风险评估造成影响。所以,构建工程造价风险管理体系,对研究和建立良好解决防止风险对策有着重要的作用。本文以分析工程造价的风险管理体系构成为落脚点,探讨规避工程造价风险评估的对策。
Project engineering is a long-term process of change. There are many participating units, and the relationship between the various units is also very complex. At the same time, it is also affected by the external environment, so that the risk assessment of project cost is often at risk. All the elements that make up the engineering risk management assessment are in an unstable state throughout the project construction and will inevitably affect the risk assessment. Therefore, the construction of a project cost risk management system plays an important role in researching and establishing a good solution to countermeasures against risks. This paper constructs a risk management system that analyzes the project cost as a foothold, and discusses countermeasures for evading project cost risk assessment.
