目的建立HPLC测定脑康冲剂中羟基红花黄色素A含量的方法。方法选择该院药房2014年3月—2016年3月期间收集的脑康冲剂作为该次研究的调查对象,而后予以HPLC进行测定,填充剂以及流动相分别为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱和乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液,检测波长为403.0 nm,最后对检测结果进行总结。结果羟基红花黄色素A在0.075~1.869μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=7 110.467+3 689 880X r~2=1。结论该HPLC测定方法具有较强的专属性和重现性,对羟基红花黄色素A无任何影响,可用于脑康冲剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in NaKang granules. Methods The Na Kang granules collected from March 2014 to March 2016 in the hospital pharmacy were selected as the investigation objects of the study. HPLC was used for the determination. The filler and the mobile phase were octadecylsilane bonded silica chromatography Column and acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution, the detection wavelength was 403.0 nm, and finally the test results were summarized. Results The linearity of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the range of 0.075 ~ 1.869 μg was good. The regression equation was: Y = 7 110.467 + 3 689 880X r ~ 2 = 1. Conclusion The HPLC method has high specificity and reproducibility. It has no effect on hydroxysafflor yellow A and can be used for the quality control of Naokang granules.
