基于以邻二氮菲为活化剂、高碘酸钾氧化二甲酚橙的催化反应,拟定了测定痕量锰的催化光度法。方法的间接摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10~7·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。检出限为4×10~(-11)g·ml~(-1)。测定锰量的线性范围为2.5~25ng·10ml~(-1)。本法可用于试剂硝酸钠和硫酸钾中锰的测定。
Based on the catalytic reaction of ortho-phenanthroline as activator and potassium periodate oxidation of xylenol orange, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace manganese was developed. The indirect molar absorptivity of the method is 1.2 × 10 ~ 7 · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). The detection limit was 4 × 10 ~ (-11) g · ml ~ (-1). The linear range of the determination of manganese is 2.5 ~ 25ng · 10ml ~ (-1). This method can be used for the determination of manganese in sodium nitrate and potassium sulfate.
