目的:研究比较急性牙髓炎一次性根管与多次根管治疗的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月期间在我院接受治疗的80例急性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象。以治疗方式为依据,将患者分成对照组与观察组,每组各40例。其中,对照组给予多次根充治疗,观察组给予一次性根充治疗。以患者VAS评分及治疗有效率比较作为观察指标。结果:观察组患者VAS评分为(3.3±0.3)分,明显低于对照组患者VAS评分(6.5±2.2)分,另外,观察组患者治疗有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组患者治疗有效率75%。结论:将一次性根管应用于急性牙髓炎治疗中,能够有效缓解患者疼痛及提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of one-time root canal and multiple root canal treatment for acute pulpitis. Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute pulpitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. Based on the treatment, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. Among them, the control group given multiple root canal therapy, observation group given a one-time root canal therapy. VAS score and treatment of patients with effective comparison as an indicator. Results: The VAS score of the observation group was (3.3 ± 0.3) points, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (6.5 ± 2.2). In addition, the treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group Efficiency 75%. Conclusion: The application of disposable root canal in the treatment of acute pulpitis can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the treatment efficiency, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
