一年多来,我在参加生劳产动中經历了一个由苦到乐、由怕到爱的过程。根据我的亲身体会,干部参加生产劳动,就得象工人一样实打实地干,决不能比划比划就算完。不仅如此,干部去劳动,还应当尽可能拣累活、苦活、脏活干。必須抱定吃大苦,耐大劳的决心。过了这一关,才能和工人真正打成一片;过了这一关,才能真正尝到劳动的快乐,对劳动和劳动人民建立起深厚的感情。
