呋喃-2-甲酰氯,5-硝基呋喃-2-甲酰氯和5-硝基呋喃-2-丙烯酰氯与对(N-二氯乙酰-N-甲基)氨基苯酚或N-(取代苄基)-N-(2-羟乙基)-二氯乙酰胺在无水吡啶内作用生成相应酸的各种酯类。呋喃-2-丙烯酸与上述胺类在苯磺酰氯和无水吡啶内作用生成呋喃-2-丙烯酸的各种酯类。所合成的化合物经对日本血吸虫病动物筛选试验,均无预防和治疗作用。
Furan-2-carbonyl chloride, 5-nitrofuran, 2-formyl chloride and 5-nitrofuran furan-2-propenoyl chloride with p- (N- dichloroacetyl-N-methyl) aminophenol or N- Yl) -N- (2-hydroxyethyl) -dichloroacetamide works in anhydrous pyridine to give various esters of the corresponding acids. Furan-2-propenoic acid with the above amines in benzenesulfonyl chloride and anhydrous pyridine furan-2-acrylic acid to generate a variety of esters. The compounds synthesized by the Japanese schistosomiasis animal screening test, no preventive and therapeutic effect.
