本文报告活血化瘀药川芎的提取物川芎嗪、丹参对体外培养成纤维细胞影响的实验研究。观察了细胞形态学的变化,细胞存活率及核分裂系数。结果表明川芎嗪、丹参能使体外培养的成纤维细胞发生显著的形态学改变,并能抑制细胞的核分裂和增殖。
This article reports the experimental study on the effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Salvia miltiorrhiza on the fibroblasts cultured in vitro. Changes in cell morphology, cell viability, and nuclear fission factor were observed. The results showed that tetramethylpyrazine and Salvia miltiorrhiza can undergo significant morphological changes in fibroblasts cultured in vitro, and can inhibit cell nuclear division and proliferation.
