加入WTO后 ,中国能否在扩大外资的利用上再创辉煌 ,主要取决于其能否适时地调整自身的引资战略 ,利用好世贸组织的各项原则。文章分析了加入世贸组织对中国引资带来的机遇和挑战 ,并提出为适应WTO而应做出的各种战略选择。
After joining the WTO, whether China can create greater glories in expanding the utilization of foreign capital depends mainly on whether it can adjust its own strategy of attracting investment timely and make good use of the principles of the WTO. This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges that WTO accession brings to China and proposes various strategic choices that should be made to meet WTO.
