目的 评价无创正压机械通气治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征期间配合应用优质护理干预的价值，以促进新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗预后。方法 选择我院2018年2月至2019年5月收治的呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿（n=70），在采取无创正压机械通气治疗的基础上进行随机分组（对照组、观察组）。对照组35例新生儿采取常规护理，观察组35例新生儿配合优质护理干预，比较对照组与观察组新生儿治疗护理效果、家属护理满意度、非计划性拔管（UEX）、呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）情况以及无创正压机械通气时间、住院时间、血气指标水平。结果 观察组新“,”Objective To evaluate the value of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation combined with high-quality nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome，so as to promote the treatment and prognosis of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The neonates with respiratory distress syndrome(n=70)who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group)on the basis of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation.35 newborns in the control group were given routine nursing，and 35 newborns in the observation group were given high-quality nursing intervention.The nursing effect，nursing satisfaction of family members，unplanned extubation UEX，VAP of ventilator-associated pneumonia，ventilation time，hospitalization time and blood gas index were compared between the control group and the observation group.Results The therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group were better than those in the control group，the incidence of UEX and VAP were lower than those in the control group，the duration of noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation and hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group，and the level of blood gas index was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome at the same time with high-quality nursing intervention can consolidate the treatment and nursing effect，so as to promote the treatment prognosis and improve the safety of children.
