《中华人民共和国水法》经六届全国人大常委会第24次会议通过,第61号国家主席令已予公布,于今年七月一日正式实施。这是我国法制建设中的一件大事,是和水有关的所有部门和地区盼望己久的大事,水利战线的同志更是由衷地感到欢欣鼓舞。这部《水法》,是具有中国特色,适合中国国情,内容完整的水事法律。《水法》颁布实施,标志着我国水利工作进入法制轨道,必将对治国安邦,加速四化建设产生深远的影响。一、贯彻执行《水法》,在我区具有重大的意义水是生命的源泉,是人类生存和生态环境的基本要素,是不可取代的重要自然资源。我国历来十分重视并发水利。防治水
