利用水培试验研究不同形态氮素对不同类型小麦苗期生理特性及氮代谢酶的影响。结果表明,混合氮对于促进小麦的生长速率、提高叶片叶绿素含量及硝酸还原酶活性的效果最好,硝态氮次之,铵态氮效果最差。硝态氮显著提高了小麦叶片中硝态氮的含量,而铵态氮则显著提高了谷氨酰胺合成酶的活性。不同形态氮素对不同类型小麦的生长速度、叶片叶绿素含量和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性的影响没有显著差异,而强筋型小麦的硝酸还原酶活性显著高于中筋高产型小麦。
Effects of Different Nitrogen Forms on Physiological Characteristics and Nitrogen Metabolism of Different Types of Wheat Seedlings. The results showed that mixed nitrogen had the best effect on promoting the growth rate of wheat and increasing chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity. Nitrate was the second and ammonium was the worst. Nitrate significantly increased nitrate nitrogen content in wheat leaves, whereas ammonium nitrogen significantly increased glutamine synthetase activity. The effects of different forms of nitrogen on the growth rate, chlorophyll content and glutamine synthetase activity of different types of wheat did not differ significantly, while the nitrate reductase activity of strong gluten wheat was significantly higher than that of medium gluten wheat.
