共青团是党的助手和后备军,是国家政权的重要社会支柱之一,是党联系青年的桥梁和纽带,是广大青年在实践中学习中国特色社会主义和共产主义的学校。随着全球经济一体化、信息化、思想文化多元化浪潮的影响下,当今的中国社会结构和社会生活在发生深刻变化,青年团员的思想状况也面临着形势与环境的广泛而深刻的变化,个性化、独立化、务实化、多元化的特征明显。本文结合当下企业共青团工作的实际情况,对当前企业团的工作面临的新形势、新挑战以及如何创新团的工作机制等问题进行初步探讨。
The Communist Youth League is a party assistant and reserve army. It is one of the important social pillars of the state power. It is a bridge and link between the youths and the party and is a school where the majority of young people study socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism in practice. With the tide of global economic integration, informatization and ideological and cultural diversification, profound changes have taken place in the social structure and social life in today’s China. The ideological status of the youth league members also faces extensive and profound changes in the situation and the environment. Personalized, independent, pragmatic and diverse features obvious. Based on the current situation of the Communist Youth League work in enterprises, this article makes a preliminary study on the new situation and new challenges the current business delegation faces and how to innovate the working mechanism of the CYL.
