近日,海南省应对气候变化及节能减排工作领导小组办公室对全省2011年度节能目标完成情况和节能措施落实情况进行了评价考核,海南金海浆纸业有限公司为超额完成等级,受到通报表扬。根据海南省政府下达的节能责任目标,要求金海浆纸在“十二五”期间节约标煤14万t。2011年度,金海浆纸已完成节约标煤20.5万t,超额完成了省政府下达“十二五”期间节能目标总量的任务。
Recently, Hainan Province, the Office of the Leading Group on Climate Change and Energy Saving and Emissions Reduction conducted an assessment on the completion of the province’s energy-saving targets for 2011 and the implementation of energy-saving measures. Hainan Jinhai Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. exceeded the grade for completion and was praised for notification. According to the target of energy saving responsibility issued by Hainan Provincial Government, Jinhai Pulp & Paper is required to save 140,000 tons of standard coal during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. In 2011, Jinhai Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. has accomplished 205,000 tons of standard coal saving, exceeding the total amount of energy-saving targets set by the provincial government during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period.
