中国腐蚀与防护学会成立大会既1979年学术报告会于1979年11月28日至12月4日在杭州举行。中央二十四个部、委、全国二十四个省、市、自治区、高等院校、中国科学院等二百六十八名代表参加了这次会议。代表当中有我国腐蚀科技界著名的科学家、教授和工程师,有在发展我国腐蚀科学和解决我国社会主义建设中重大腐蚀问题作出成绩的中、青年科学研究 The Founding Conference of Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection was held in Hangzhou in November 1979 and December 4, 1979 respectively. Twenty-four Central Committees and commissions, and 246 delegates from 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout the country, institutions of higher learning and the Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the conference. Among the representatives are well-known scientists, professors and engineers in the field of corrosive science and technology in our country, and young and middle-aged scientific researches that have made achievements in developing our country’s corrosive science and solving major corrosion problems in our country’s socialist construction
