随着我国市场经济的繁荣发展,发展迅猛的中小企业已成为国民经济体系的重要组成部分,其在经济社会发展中发挥着大企业难以取代的作用,但由于其发展过程中受资金、实力、规模、环境等各种条件的限制,人力资源管理的能力和水平具有相对的局限性,人才流失比较严重。本文试图从我国中小企业人才流失的现状和原因分析入手,探寻有效控制中小企业人才流失的措施,以更好地促进中小企业的健康、快速发展。
With the prosperity and development of China’s market economy, the rapidly developing SMEs have become an important part of the national economy. They play an irreplaceable role in the economic and social development of large enterprises. However, due to the fact that the development of SMEs is affected by capital, Scale, environment and other conditions, the ability and level of human resource management have relative limitations, and the brain drain is more serious. This article attempts to start from the analysis of the current situation and causes of the brain drain in small and medium-sized enterprises in our country and explore measures to effectively control the brain drain of small and medium-sized enterprises to better promote the healthy and rapid development of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
