为进一步探索新的农村医疗卫生机构服务模式,逐步建立农村地区乡村医生签约服务模式,近日,江西省卫生厅下发《乡村医生签约服务试点实施意见》。《意见》提出,乡村医生签约服务是居民在充分了解乡村医生签约服务内涵的前提下,自愿选择医生,以户为单位与乡村医生签约的模式,协议原则上一年一签,期满后农村居民可选择自动续(解)约或另选乡村医生签约。村卫生室是签约服务的主体,乡村医生是签约服务的第一责任人,负责对签约居民提供基本医疗、基本公共卫生、健康评估和转诊服
