目的:探讨临床路径在骨科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:将我院骨科在职护士80人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。比较两组在职护士的教学效果。结果:观察组护士的理论成绩合格率和操作成绩合格率明显高于对照组,无菌操作能力、工作主动能力、应急配合能力明显优于对照组,比较结果具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论;相对传统带教方法而言,临床路径在骨科护理带教中的应用效果更好,值得推广使用。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of pathways in orthopedic nursing education. Methods: Eighty in-service nurses in orthopedics department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Compare the teaching effect of two groups of working nurses. Results: The pass rate and the pass rate of operation results of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The aseptic ability, active work ability and emergency coordination ability of the nurses in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion; Compared with the traditional teaching methods, clinical pathways in orthopedic nursing teaching effect is better, it is worth to promote the use of.
