A law firm sent a lawyer’s investigation letter to a prefectural land and resources bureau, stating: According to Article 35 of the Lawyers Law, information on a residential building project is to be transferred to your institution according to law: 1. Land Utilization planning; 2. Land pre-approval of the project, land acquisition approval, scope of land acquisition and land acquisition plan; 3. Land supply price, land use and registration result. Please submit the above materials to the solicitor in accordance with the law. If your company refuses to perform the aforesaid duties, we will submit the administrative reconsideration or obtain the lawsuit according to the law
