随着全球化经济的飞速发展,我国的市场经济形势出现了明显的转变,民营企业在市场的地位日渐提升。但就现实层面来看,我国有绝大多数民营企业的思想政治工作无法适应市场经济飞速发展背景下企业的革新需求,这就给我国民营企业的发展造成了一定限制,因此对民营企业思想政治工作创新就显得至关重要。本文就将就现阶段我国民营企业思想政治工作创新所面临的问题进行充分的分析,进而以此为依据为民营企业思想政治工作的创新提出相关的建议。
With the rapid development of the global economy, the market economy in our country has undergone obvious changes. The status of private enterprises in the market is gradually increasing.
