Crop production is the key to national economy and people’s livelihood and food security. Therefore, cultivating varieties that meet the needs of modern agriculture has become the key direction for agricultural development. Traditional breeding can not conduct a wide range of favorable traits screening, leading to bottlenecks in the current breeding work. In recent years, with the rapid development of crop molecular genetic research, the regulation mechanism of a large number of important agronomic traits has been resolved. The results of these theoretical studies make it possible to carry out extensive selection and breeding of crop molecular identification. This report will focus on rice, an important farming project
