去国十载、离世八年之后,刘宇廉的艺术回顾展《西去九色鹿》于2005年8月 23日至29日在北京中国美术馆圆厅隆重展出。开幕当日,包括《刘宇廉画册》、《黄 河梦》、《刘宇廉文存》、《寄往天国之门——两地书》在内的一套花费数年时间编撰而 成的书系在展厅举行了首发仪式,该书系由黑龙江美术出版社出版。同日由美术馆学 术部门组织的刘宇廉艺术研讨会也在美术馆举办。 郁风先生在为刘宇廉画册暨画展撰写的前言中将他49年的生命概括为: “他是一个觉悟较早的红卫兵,是经过残酷的搏斗和自我反省的燃烧而铸就的年 轻画家中的精英。”“他也是一个追求完美、梦想飞天,却又时时注视着脚下土地的严 肃艺术家。”
After going abroad for ten years, after eight years of his death, Liu Yu Lian’s art retrospective exhibition “Jiude Deer West” was grandly exhibited at the Grand Ballroom of the China National Art Museum in Beijing from August 23 to August 29, 2005. On the opening day, a set of books compiled over a period of several years, including “Liu Yu Lian’s Album,” “The Yellow River Dream,” “Liu Yuelian’s Documents,” and “Sent to Heaven’s Gate - The first ceremony, the book published by Heilongjiang Fine Arts Publishing House. On the same day, Liu Yuelian Art Symposium organized by Academic Department of Art Museum was also held in Art Museum. In the preface to Liu’s painting and painting exhibition, Mr. Yu Feng summarized his 49-year life as: ”He is a red-guard with an earlier awareness, a young artist who has been cast by brutal fighting and self-reflection burning Elite. “” He is also a serious artist who strives for perfection and dreams of flying, yet keeps an eye on the land under his feet. "
