本文报告颅内多发性原发性肿瘤4例,并对其发病机制和诊断等进行讨论。作者建议:对疑有多发性脑瘤患者,应明智的采用某些特殊的诊断性措施:行胶质瘤手术时,应仔细探查与胶质瘤紧邻的硬脑膜,以免漏掉并发的脑膜瘤。
This article reports intracranial multiple primary tumors in 4 cases, and its pathogenesis and diagnosis are discussed. The authors suggest that for suspected patients with multiple brain tumors, some special diagnostic measures should be used wisely: in glioma surgery, the dura intimately adjacent to the glioma should be probed carefully so as not to miss concomitant meningioma .
