目的 :建立双柏散中大黄、黄柏、薄荷的鉴别方法。方法 :薄层色谱鉴别。结果 :供试品在与对照品色谱对应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 :该实验方法可作为双柏散的质量控制指标之一。
Objective : To establish the identification method of Shuangbosan in Rhubarb, Cork and mint. Method : Thin layer chromatography. Results : The test product showed spots of the same color in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the reference substance, and the negative control did not interfere. Conclusion: This experimental method can be used as one of the quality control indicators of Shuangbaisan.
