中国福利性第三部门(CWTS),作为专业化的从事社会福利工作的非营利性机构,视救困济难、社会福利为己任,切实为社会弱势群体谋福利,为实现社会公平公正和政府机构改革提供了有效的帮助。在分析第三部门和社会福利概念本土化的基础上,研究中国福利性第三部门形成与发展的理论基础及制度环境,对中国福利性第三部门的进一步发展尤具意义。
