随着集成电路的发展,数控技术在平衡试验装置上应用日益广泛。下面仅就LP1—30型立式平衡机中所设计的几个电路作一简要介绍。1.不平衡量值的测量从传感器来的不平衡量讯号经放大、相敏检波、调制再进行整流得到与不平衡量成比例的直流电压U_s(以上各环节都属于模拟测量部份)。然后送入模数转换器转换成数字量。模数转换器由振荡器、阶梯电压发生器、比较器及一些控制门电路组成,其原理方框如 With the development of integrated circuits, numerical control technology is increasingly used in balance test devices.
