和谐社会的确立和发展呼唤加强公民道德教育、提高公民素质、发展公益事业。公民的公益行为来源于公民内心的德性精神,而日渐兴起的公益基金会不仅为公民公益行为的组织化与制度化提供了良好的平台,还进一步推动了志愿精神和公益事业的发展。在新的历史时期,需要公民与公益基金会相互构建信任合作的伙伴关系,共同走向更“善”的治理。
The establishment and development of a harmonious society call for strengthening civic moral education, improving citizens’ quality and developing public welfare undertakings. Citizens’ behavior of commonweal comes from the spirit of morality among citizens. However, the rising public welfare foundation not only provides a good platform for the organization and institutionalization of public welfare behavior, but also further promotes the development of volunteerism and public welfare. In the new historical period, it is necessary for the Foundation for Citizens and Philanthropy to establish a partnership of trust and cooperation and move towards a more “good” governance.
