Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Hurms is the essential Chinese herbal medicine for strengthening vitality. In recent years, it has been reported that Acanthopanax senticosus and Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides (PES) have obvious immune promoting effects. In order to investigate the relationship between PES and immune activity, we used PAP-ELISA to study the effects of PES on mouse serum-specific antibodies.
