青岛市是我固最先实现模拟电视向数字电视整体转换的城市,并率先提出了将有线电视数字化与国家信息化、城市现代化和家庭信息化相结合的发展思路,探索了一条符合中国国情的有线数字电视发展模式,对中国数字电视的发展具有重要意义。国务院总理温家宝同志、中共中央政治局常委李长春同志,先后到青岛视察了有线电视数字化工作,温家宝同志赞扬青岛有线电视数字化工作“方便百姓,做的很好!”,李长春同志专门做出指示要求在全国推广青岛经验。为此,最近我们专门采访了主持制定并组织实施青岛有线数字电视整体转换实施方案的孙朝晖副局长。
