为研究棉秆纤维对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗剪强度的影响,采用双面剪切法进行抗剪性能试验,对比相同纤维掺量及纤维长度下,棉秆纤维、玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗剪强度的增强效果,分析棉秆纤维掺入量和纤维长度两个因素在不同水平下对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗剪强度的影响。结果表明:在0.2%纤维掺量及6~10mm纤维长度下,3种纤维中玻璃纤维对陶粒泡沫混凝土抗剪强度的增强效果最大,聚丙烯纤维次之,棉秆纤维最小,但掺加棉秆纤维亦能有效提高陶粒泡沫混凝土抗剪强度;相同棉秆纤维长度但不同纤维掺量下,0.8%掺量组的试块抗剪强度最高,其抗剪强度较同配比未掺纤维的试块提高39.2%;相同棉秆纤维掺量但不同棉秆纤维长度下,11~15mm长度的棉秆纤维能进一步增强陶粒泡沫混凝土的抗剪强度。棉秆纤维增强型陶粒泡沫混凝土的剪压比较高,抗剪性能好。
In order to study the effect of cotton stalk fiber on the shear strength of ceramsite foam concrete, the shearing performance of the ceramsite foam concrete was tested by double-sided shear method. Compared with the same fiber content and fiber length, cotton stalk fiber, glass fiber and polypropylene fiber The effect of strengthening the shear strength of granular foam concrete is analyzed. The influences of two factors of the fiber incorporation and fiber length on the shear strength of ceramic foam concrete are analyzed under different levels. The results show that the glass fiber reinforced with ceramsite foam has the strongest enhancement effect on the shear strength of the ceramsite foam at 0.2% fiber content and 6 ~ 10mm fiber length, followed by the polypropylene fiber and the cotton fiber, The cotton stalk fiber also can effectively improve the shear strength of ceramsite foam concrete; the same cotton stalk fiber length but different fiber content, 0.8% content of the test group of the highest shear strength, the shear strength of the same ratio without mixing The test piece of fiber increased by 39.2%. The cotton stalk fiber with the length of 11 ~ 15mm could increase the shear strength of ceramsite foam concrete with the same fiber content but different length of fiber. Cotton stalk fiber reinforced ceramic foam concrete shear relatively high shear performance.
