目的:评估超声乳化联合前房角分离术治疗白内障伴发闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析巴彦淖尔市残联眼科医院2017年6月至2018年8月收治的白内障伴发闭角型青光眼46例(50眼)的临床资料。所有患者采用超声乳化人工晶体植入联合前房角分离术，随访3个月。观察手术前后视力、眼压、前房角及并发症。结果:术后3个月41眼(87.12%)视力提高；术后眼压(17.21±6.10)mmHg，明显低于术前的(31.40±6.92)mmHg(1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa)，差异有统计学意义(n Z ＝-6.036，n P＝0.000)。术后49眼(98.00%)前房角较术前明显增宽。n 结论:超声乳化联合前房角分离术治疗白内障伴发闭角型青光眼安全、有效，未见明显并发症。“,”Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of cataract with angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:From Jun.2017 to Aug.2018, the clinical data of 50 eyes of 46 cases of cataract with angle-closure glaucoma treated in Bayannaoer Federation of Disabled Eye Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All cases underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and goniosynechialysis.The followed up time was 3 months.The visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and complications were observed.Results:The visual acuity was improved in 41 eyes (87.12%)at 3 months after operation.Postoperative intraocular pressure was(17.21±6.10) mmHg, which was significantly lower than the (31.40±6.92) mmHg before operation(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), the difference was statistically significant(n Z=-6.036, n P=0.000). The anterior chamber angle in 49 eyes(98%) patients was significantly wider than that before operation.n Conclusion:Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis is safe and effective for the treatment of cataract with angle-closure glaucoma.
