目的 观察促排卵周期中瘦素的变化 ,探讨瘦素与卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素 (L H )、泌乳素 (PRL )、雌二醇(E2 )、孕酮 (P)、睾酮 (T)之间的关系 .方法 采集 2 1个促排卵周期不同阶段的外周血 ,直径大于 14 mm卵泡的卵泡液 ;以正常月经周期为对照组 ,采集排卵前外周血 .用 EL ISA法测定其瘦素水平 ,RIA法测定其生殖激素水平 .结果 促排卵周期中穿卵前外周血瘦素水平极显著高于应用 Gn RH- a卵巢功能被最大抑制时的瘦素水平 (P<0 .0 1) .促排卵周期穿卵前外周血瘦素水平高于正常月经周期排卵前瘦素水平(P<0 .0 5 ) .卵泡液瘦素与同步外周血瘦素呈正相关 (r=0 .94 7,P<0 .0 5 ) .促排卵周期中卵泡液瘦素与卵泡液 L H呈负相关 (r=- 0 .6 0 4 ,P<0 .0 5 ) .卵泡液瘦素与卵泡液 T呈正相关 (r=0 .6 34,P<0 .0 5 ) .外周血瘦素与外周血 FSH,L H,PRL,E2 ,P无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 ) .外周血瘦素与外周血 T呈正相关 (r=0 .789,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 卵巢中瘦素来源于外周血 ;瘦素与生殖激素之间存在相互影响 ,可能参与生殖功能的调节 .
Objective To observe the changes of leptin during ovulation induction and to explore the relationship between leptin and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), progesterone T) in peripheral blood.Methods Peripheral blood of 21 ovarian follicles at different stages of ovulation induction and follicles larger than 14 mm in diameter were collected, and the peripheral blood before ovulation was collected with normal menstrual cycle as control group Leptin level and RIA method.Results The level of leptin in pre-ovulation ovulation cycle was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0. 0) 1) The level of leptin in ovulation cycle before ovulation was higher than that in normal menstrual cycle (P <0.05) .Leptin in follicular fluid was positively correlated with leptin in synchronous peripheral blood (r = 0. 94.7, P <0.05). The follicular fluid leptin and follicular fluid LH were negatively correlated during ovulation induction (r = - 0.604, P <0.05) (R = 0.344, P <0.05) .There was no correlation between leptin in peripheral blood and FSH, LH, PRL, E2 and P in peripheral blood (P> 0.05) Leptin and peripheral blood T (R = 0.789, P <0.05) .Conclusion Leptin in ovary is derived from peripheral blood. The interaction between leptin and reproductive hormones may be involved in the regulation of reproductive function.
