本文研究了单交F2代、回交和三交F1代群体植株品质性状与亲本的相关性及杂种后代的分离与分布,结果表明:(1)在F2代,籽粒蛋白质、干、湿面筋含量和S.D.S沉淀值与高亲值、低亲值和中亲值呈显著或极显著正相关,而在回交F1代,上述籽粒品质性状与轮回亲本也呈正相关。在三交F1代.上述各品质性状与第三亲本的正相关系数比较大,说明欲在后代中出现较多的品质性状比较好的个体,亲本的品质应比较好,在三交组合中,尤其应注意第三亲本的选择;(2)在回交F1代群体,各品质性状的分布偏向于回交系本,在三交群体中则偏向于第三亲本。
