为解决BWY-220/9型泥浆泵十字头摩擦副耐磨性差的问题,通过有限元软件,分析了不同材质和间隙尺寸对BWY-220/9型泥浆泵十字头摩擦副磨损的影响,并根据分析结果对十字头摩擦副进行了材质与间隙尺寸优化设计,试制加工了新的十字头摩擦副.室内型式试验表明:新十字头摩擦副磨损较小,油液未见明显污浊现象,有效地减少了摩擦热的产生,泥浆泵的整体性能得到了提升,有限元分析结果的有效性和可靠性也得到了验证.利用作者提出的方法对泥浆泵十字头摩擦副的优选具有一定的指导意义.
In order to solve the problem of poor wear resistance of BWY-220/9 mud crosshead friction pair, the influence of different material and clearance size on the wear of crosshead friction pair of BWY-220/9 mud pump was analyzed by finite element software Based on the analysis result, the crosshead friction pair was optimized by material and gap size, and a new crosshead friction pair was trial fabricated.The indoor type test shows that the friction of the new crosshead is less and the oil has no obvious pollution, Reduce the frictional heat generation, the overall performance of the mud pump has been improved, the effectiveness and reliability of the finite element analysis has also been validated.Using the method proposed by the author on the mud pump crosshead friction pair has some guidance significance.
