如今,随着科技的不断进步,社会的不断发展,人民对资源的需求量已经越来越大,这对于石油企业而言是非常有利,同时,这也大大的提高了我国石油企业在市场上的竞争力。但是,随着石油企业的不断发展,石油企业内部工资制度上存在的一些问题越来越暴露,这些问题的存在,严重影响着石油企业员工工作的积极性,为此,石油企业内部工资制度改革已经迫在眉睫。本文主要对当前石油企业内部工资制度存在的问题进行了分析,通过问题的表现,提出了相应的改革思路,以保证我国的石油企业能够在有完善的工资制度保障之下,更加顺利的发展,更加有效的服务于人民。
