本文对湖北省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目(项目)实施技术质控措施的效果进行分析。涂阳检出率第1,2,3周期年分别为19.5％,33.9％、30.7％。涂阳登记率第1周期年全省为33.5/10万,五个示范县为51.9/10万,云梦县为96.2/1O万。涂阳新登记率:第1周期年全省为15.6/1O万,5个示范县为29.4/10万,云梦县为63.7/10万。痰菌阴转率:5个示范县新发涂阳病例2,3月末分别为92.0％,96.0％,复发病例分别为81.4％,89.0％,其它复治病例分别为84.8％,90.0％。认为实施技术质控是落实技术政策的保证,也是项目成败的关键。
This article analyzes the effect of technical quality control measures implemented by the World Bank Loan TB Control Project (project) in Hubei Province.
