上海纺织旗下的六大名牌最近几年的发展遭遇瓶颈,为此,运用SWOT分析法对其现状的优劣势及面临的机会和威胁进行了分析,并在此基础上结合4P理论提出了相应的对策分析---走向更为广阔的国际市场,力求上海纺织的这六大名牌能尽快走出国门,成为世界的名牌。
