目的:探讨白花前胡甲素(Pd-Ia)对Ang II诱导的核转录因子c-Jun蛋白表达水平的影响。方法:体外原代培养乳鼠心肌细胞;免疫细胞化学检测核转录因子c-Jun蛋白表达情况。结果:AngII(10-6mol/L)刺激心肌细胞2h后,细胞核内c-Jun蛋白表达显著增强,为对照组的2.8倍(P<0.01);白花前胡甲素对此有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:白花前胡甲素能够拮抗AngII诱导心肌细胞c-Jun蛋白表达上调。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Pd-Ia on the expression of c-Jun protein induced by Ang II. Methods: Cardiomyocytes from neonatal mice were cultured in vitro. The expression of c-Jun protein was detected by immunocytochemistry. RESULTS: After AngII(10-6 mol/L) stimulation of cardiomyocytes for 2 h, the expression of c-Jun protein in the nucleus was significantly increased, which was 2.8 times higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). This result was significantly inhibited by PFCA (P<0.01). 0.05). CONCLUSION: C. striolatum can antagonize the up-regulation of c-Jun protein expression in cardiomyocytes induced by AngII.
