本文以液压机械手电液比例控制系统为研究对象,应用模糊理论设计PID参数模糊自调整控制器,并对其进行自动 控制研究。计算机仿真和试验研究表明,该控制算法实时性好,且系统具有稳态精度高、响应快、超调小等特点。
In this paper, the electro-hydraulic proportional control system of hydraulic manipulators is taken as the research object. The fuzzy self-adjusting controller of PID parameters is designed and the automatic control is researched. Computer simulation and experimental research show that the control algorithm has good real-time performance and the system has the characteristics of high steady precision, fast response and small overshoot.
