在床层等温的条件下,建立了单管反应器的一维拟均相数学模型,并得出了新型催化剂上甲醇分解制氢过程的宏观动力学方程。对不同条件下的反应行为进行了研究,模拟计算表明,新型催化剂对甲醇分解及一氧化碳变换具有良好的性能。
Under the condition of isothermal bed, a one-dimensional pseudo-homogeneous model of single-tube reactor was established and the macroscopic kinetic equation of the new catalyst was obtained. The reaction behavior under different conditions was studied. The simulation results show that the new catalyst has good performance for methanol decomposition and carbon monoxide shift.
